About Village Maison

Step into a new retail experience to downtown Sonora.

We are a thoughtfully curated boutique marketplace bringing together a collective of small businesses, local artisans, and distinctive home goods and gifts from across the country. Inspired by timeless European charm, our space blends craftsmanship, character, and community. Each vendor is carefully selected to offer unique, quality pieces that tell a story — creating a shopping experience that feels warm, elevated, and beautifully gathered.

Vendor Guidelines

Application Requirement

All prospective vendors must submit a completed Vendor Application. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

Selection Criteria

Approval is determined by Retailer based on product quality, brand alignment, originality, and professionalism.

Exclusivity

We curate our space to limit duplicate categories and direct competitors, ensuring a balanced marketplace.

Waiting List

Qualified applicants may be placed on a waiting list for up to 12 months. We maintain a mix based on category need.

Process

Selected vendors are notified in writing. Rental fees are due within 5 days of approval.

Pricing Info

Spaces for vendor-run booths and consignment are still under construction. Once determined, prices will be sent out to applicants.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a consignment vendor or self space ran vendor renting out a space at Village Maison. Please note the following:

Application Requirement: All prospective vendors must submit a completed Vendor Application in the format required by Retailer. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Selection Criteria: Vendor approval shall be determined solely at the discretion of Retailer. Retailer may evaluate applications based on factors including product quality, brand alignment, originality, and professionalism.

Exclusivity: Retailer may choose to limit duplicate product categories and direct competitors. Approval of one vendor does not guarantee category exclusivity.

WAITING LIST PROCEDURES: Qualified applicants may be placed on a Vendor Waiting List if space is unavailable. Retailer is not required to select vendors strictly in chronological order.

Offer of Space: When space becomes available, Retailer will notify Vendor in writing. Vendor must accept within 3 days. Rental space fee is due within 5 days.
